Custom Development: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights for custom software developed for clients will be transferred upon full payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binary Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes:

• Business strategies and plans
• Technical specifications and source code
• Customer data and information
• Pricing and financial information

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With written notice as specified in individual agreements
• Immediately if the other party breaches these terms
• Upon mutual agreement

Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
